This is the miltary fort for Balmora. They are currently recruiting, though only those of very good fighting ability. It is located just east of the town.

Balmora
A beautiful riverside village. It has a quite a few guild outposts and shops. The Mages' Guild, the Fighters' Guild, the South Wall Cornerclub which is the front for the theives guild, the rival of the theives guild which is the Commona Tong, whose front is the Council Club, and the Morog Tong guild, which is the guild of assassins. There is a trader, clothier, armorer, and pawnbroker, as well as this town being the Hlaalu Main House. The Blades, the Emperor's personal guild, and protection also holds root here, though they don't accept just anyone who asks. You must first prove yourself before you can join.
